Push your bike up a hill, roll down in neutral, power on, and when you reach 25~30 km/h, engage 2nd gear and drop the clutch (your rear tire might lock for a short time - wear a helmet!). You can start riding right after that. Don't stop the engine during the next 10 minutes and you should be fine.
Alternatively, you can have some car/other motorcycle provide you with a jump start cable. Just connect + and -, start your engine, disconnect (- first), and you're fine.
