Job offer in Switzerland

Hi guys!

My name is Lasse Christensen, I'm 20 years old, Danish, but living in Ireland.

I've got a job offer in Basel, Switzerland. Always loved the alps, and this way I'll be pretty close to them I reckon.

How is the biking in Switzerland? Would it be hard to import my VFR400?

And then there is the whole licensing I have to take after a year, is that expensive?

How is insurance over there? Is it easy/cheap or a real killer? I'm 20 years, full licence, driven for 3 years.

biking in switzerland isnt a problem, we have roads as all the other countries in the EU as well! For import you should ask the custom. the link leads you to the official custom site about vehicles!

At the Strassenverkehrsamt you find all the informations about licenses

and for insurance you could go to comparis and this website will compare different insurance companies...
